Cancellation Response Form

On March 27, 2020 the KSO regretfully announced the cancellation of public performances through June 30th due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Please complete your request by midnight May 16, 2020. All refunds will be processed in the order they are received, and completed by May 31, 2020. If you have any questions, please call (859) 431-6216.

In order to process your claim, please choose one option below.*
- Donate the full value of tickets as a tax-deductible contribution.
- Receive a voucher valid for any 2020-21 Subscription Seires concert.
- Request a refund to your original form of payment.
