Together, we can continue to build community and provide memorable experiences that welcome and entertain your family, friends and neighbors with great music, imaginative themes and top notch talent — live and virtually.
Your gift today supports accessible and affordable musical programs throughout our community. Your support is critical and will have an immediate impact in making unique and engaging KSO performances available next year.
Your help now will allow us to plan another spectacular season of live and virtual concerts that includes the affordably-priced subscription series — chock full of area premieres, and special guest artists — plus an expanded free summer series in both Devou and Tower Parks, as well as free, fun and engaging educational concerts for greater Cincinnati schools.
Gifts or pledges of support received before midnight December 31, 2024 may be matched. In honor of the KSO’s 30th year of free education concerts and Summer Park concerts, past KSO Board President, Paula M Steiner has made a special challenge grant which will match dollar for dollar (up to $30,000):
- Any new donations from individuals, family foundations or corporate sponsors
- Any increase from past individual donors, whose last gift was received prior to 12/31/2023.
AND, Ms. Steiner will DOUBLE MATCH any recurring gifts (new or renewed) — that’s all monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annual pledges. Meaning your recurring gift will have triple the impact.
No gift is too small. Your gift supports accessible and affordable musical programs throughout our community touching many:
• Teachers tell us “My students would not have as many high-quality opportunities to experience music if the KSO did not offer these free programs.”
• Subscription Series patrons believe concerts are “unique” or “different” from other events they could attend in the Greater Cincinnati area, and are very innovative.
• Summer Series attendees appreciate the free “family-friend concerts” and state “The KSO is important to the region’s vitality.”
Your vital support makes it all possible! We appreciate your interest and generosity.
Please help us take advantage of this generous matching gift opportunity!
If you can’t give now, a pledge of support will allow us to meet the match (email [email protected]). Prefer to give by check. Please mail to KSO, PO Box 72810, Newport KY 41072.
The KSO also accept gifts of stock, IRA disbursements and RMD — for additional information contact Angela Williamson, at [email protected] or 859-431-6216.
